Shipping Policy


Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on what we think about shipping:
  • We want to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible
  • We are not in business to profit from shipping
  • You are charged what we are charged
Our primary shipping service is UPS Ground, but sometimes we have to use FedEx. UPS Ground can take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast. P.O boxes will be shipped with USPS since UPS will not ship to a P.O Box. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Delivery Time

  1. Every product usually Ships in 2-3 days. Some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products).
  2. Please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, then the order will not be processed until Monday.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to all orders from the United States and that are over $300

Calculating Cost

We do not profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will be the same as UPS/FedEx charges us. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing and location that it is being shipped to.

For shipments to Canada

We do ship to Canada but all duty and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking your Shipment

Once UPS has processed the shipment and has given us a tracking number then we will send the tracking number to you.


Returns Policy

All shipping costs incurred by shipping products back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
Email RMA@shopkeylesslocks.com for an RMA number, include your name and address along with your order number. (RMA #'s are valid for 30 days from the date of your original order. The product(s) must be returned to us within the prescribed time) Return your lock(s) to us in resalable condition, and we will refund your purchase price, less your shipping. (Remember to include the RMA# for we can only accept and process returns with an RMA#)

Returns must meet the following conditions:
  1. Returns must be received back to us within 15 days of receiving a valid RMA#. We may make no exceptions to this rule.
  2. Resalable condition: Any lock being returned must be in its original packaging and cannot be installed or opened.
  3. The lock(s) needs to be returned with the original packaging, all parts and all manuals. Placing shipping labels or any other stickers directly on the locks packaging may void your return.
  4. The RMA# needs to be displayed on the return label and the package must be received by the expiration date of the RMA#.

If conditions 2 or 3 are not met, there is a 35% restocking fee to replace parts, packaging or any other damaged or lost items.

*Morning Industry locks must be unopened and in original packaging when returned to us for a full refund. Morning Industry locks are packaged in such a way that once the plastic packaging seal is broken, the lock is not resalable. Also, orders that have been custom ordered to be keyed alike cannot be cancelled/returned because the package has to be opened in order to rekey the locks to the same key.

*Any Actuators Systems return, applies to both locks and safes, are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned after 7 days of purchase. Sales are final after 30 days.
