After about 1 month of searching at numerous online store, I settled on the Eternity IV ibutton lock after talking to Chris. Many of the other stores wouldn't call me back or didn't spend the time to understand what I needed. After explaining what I needed, chris recommended this lock and have to say it meets all of my needs. I would have given it 5 stars but software was a little buggy on XP. However, Chris's customer service was 5 stars. Because I couldn't talk during the day, he called me back at 8PM my time and walked me through setup. Now on to the lock. It's sturdy, has a lot of features for the price and doesn't require a monthly fee to monitor activity like other locks with this functionality. If you are looking for a lock that provides varying levels of access this is the lock to get. I have 11 employees, a cleaning crew and a few other vendors that need access to the building and with this lock I can give them all their own access schedule.
