| I now have 5 Eternity IV locks. They have met all of our expectations. The locks have many features that we find useful. Chris at Time Lock has been great help every step of the way. He provides excelent customer service, on a 5 point scale Chris get a 10. | |||

| Bought an Eternity IV iButton Lock from shopkeylesslocks.com. Great lock, was heavier than I expected, but what blew me away more was the service I received! From Questions about the lock before I bought it, to the fast shipping, and support I received from Chris after the sale. Top Notch, I would buy from here again! One note, as of 11/2010 the software does not work on a 64bit install of Windows 7, but put it on a 32 bit version and it runs great! Thanks for everything! | |||

| After about 1 month of searching at numerous online store, I settled on the Eternity IV ibutton lock after talking to Chris. Many of the other stores wouldn't call me back or didn't spend the time to understand what I needed. After explaining what I needed, chris recommended this lock and have to say it meets all of my needs. I would have given it 5 stars but software was a little buggy on XP. However, Chris's customer service was 5 stars. Because I couldn't talk during the day, he called me back at 8PM my time and walked me through setup. Now on to the lock. It's sturdy, has a lot of features for the price and doesn't require a monthly fee to monitor activity like other locks with this functionality. If you are looking for a lock that provides varying levels of access this is the lock to get. I have 11 employees, a cleaning crew and a few other vendors that need access to the building and with this lock I can give them all their own access schedule. | |||
